Home Information Packs

As the vendor of a property you will now be legally required to obtain a Home Information Pack for your property in order to commence its marketing.

Home Information Packs or HIP's were introduced in August 2007 and must include the following documents:

Index of contents
Sales statement (summarising the terms of sale)
Evidence of title
Local authority enquiries
Drainage and water search
Energy Performance Certificate
